Irresponsible technicians

I am very disappointed with Hisense Technicians I reported my dishwasher on the 15th of April 2024 after it was giving me an error code E3 and I was given Reference no: ***, technicians came few day's later and they said there was something that needed to be replaced, they came back on the 24th of April 2024 and repairs were done and when they left the machine was working, the same technician took my wife's phone without her consent and wrote the review that the customer is happy, tge machine was faulty again a day later giving us another error code E5. I reported the machine again on the 26th of April 2024 and they only arrived to fix it on the 2nd of May 2024, upon fixing the error they realized that the previous technician had made an error, so my frustration is that I haven't been using my machine for so long and my matter was never taken seriously, I am very sceptical to buy their appliances in future as they don't respect their customers at all
