INSUFFIENT SYSTEM RESOURCES ON HISENSE TV

I have a Hisense Smart tv,trying to connect to show max its giving the below error meaage' insufficient system recources shutting down browser.

Im very disappointed given the amount of investment i put intpo this, someone please help
