INCONVINIENCE

<p>To whom it may concern.</p> <p>24/12/16 i bought a HISENSE INFINITY F20 DS phone at Foschini N1 City Mall Cape Town, the it gave me problems could'nt recieve calls on the 06/02/17 took it to Foschini i was assisted by Charne they told her she must send them an email and she did whilst i was standing there, then she told me i must come after 2 weeks i went back on the 21/02/17 to see if it's there to my surprise HISENSE did'nt send their people to come and collect it. Charne from Foschini called them that the customer (me) is looking for her phone when are they coming.
