Incomplete Smartphone

<p>I bought a Hisense CO2 King Kong Smartphone 2 weeks ago. The phone is supposed to be waterproof. Upon unpacking the device, it was missing the headphone jack plug. I've called and sent e-mails to Hisense to enquire but no response from Hisense. The supplier I bought it from told me: " the handset is IP67 certified without the headphone jack plug so you do not actually need the plug for the device to be waterproof." Is this true? All the reviews about this phone globally clearly states that it needs the plug to be waterproof. Where is the my plug?? I NEED ANSWERS!!</p>
