Hi good day

I bought a 50inch Hisense smart TV from Hi-fi Corp on the 26/03/2019....2 months after that 2 green lines appeared on the side of the screen 1st on discovery Channel....then I called in to the repair centre and informed Leeroy about this...he was adimint it was a Dstv problem....then it started on Fox channel with green lines... then I called in again and without testing the TV he blames Dstv and not the TV....on the 29th of October I decided that enough is enough....I took it in to the repair centre and spoke to Leeroy and Robbin asked them to Test the TV out ....They plug in a laptop with a HD cable and no fault was found... after I explained to them it happens when I play my decoder ....they tell me they Don't have a Dstv line and still insist the problem is not the TV ....I then took the the TV to Hi-fi N1 city and Junaid was very helpful by testing my TV and said that my TV is faulty and that lines is not supposed to be there.

I Clearly think that your Guys don't know what they are doing and they don't have any proper testing equipment at the premises its downright embarrassing to say the least....I'm Dumbstruck by this and I need solutions not excuses I'm thinking of changing Brands....it's been more than a month already and im still waiting... I have proof of emails and phone recordings and pictures of me testing my TV out with Hisense and Hifi corp staff agreeing with me my TV is faulty.Just Credit me my money back Regards Rabia
