if their was any service it might have made it to the Worst service ever

<p>I purchased a WTX1302S - 13kg top loader automatic washing mashine, I requested the operating manuals 2 weeks ago, as they were not included in the box delivered. </p> <p>I have a theory that they realised that the machine is not automatic after manufacturing it and then just decided not to include the manuals, continue selling them and make their customers look like fools.</p> <p>This was the last Hisense product I ever purchased and will now take it back to the suplier and request to be refunded because Hisense customer NONservices is not willing to return any correspondence.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have now been trying to think of the worst insult I could give them, then I realised they are Hisense so anything else I call them will be an improvement.</p>
