I'd just like to thank HiSenseSA and Hein from E-piphany CT for sorting out the issue I was having with my new L9Q projector. It is an amazing piece of machinery. It's brighter and has a better picture than any other 4k Short Throw Projector on the market. And IMO it has no competition. But unfortunately mine had a intermittent crackling sound that made watching shows very unpleasant. Hein assured me that Hisense will find out and rectify the issue. Turns out that a small batch of projectors left the factory with faulty programming and all it needed was a simple firmware patch. Good to know it wasn't a hardware issue. I'm now back to being very happy with my purchase and can't wait to enjoy this very cold weekend glued to the screen. Thank you.
