I would like to thank Jaden for awesome awesome experience. I had difficulties dealing with call centre, not updating me. I had to personally called them at all times to follow up. However, dealing with Jaden was amazing, she constantly reached out to me for updates and assuring that the team will come out to assess my tv . Her supports and proactiveness is outstanding 👏.
