Hisense has proven itself to be the best product for our family and the service I received from Hisense recently when my TV would suddenly not turn on was phenomenal.

They responded to my emails was on time (Keyde Mohlala, Zandile Nsibande) they were very professional and always asking the right questions and requesting relevant information with regards to my service request.

The technician (Donny) that came to my house was also very professional, he contacted me an hour before he came to my house.

I don't regret trusting in Hisense as good quality, reliable product and now the service was just a cherry on top
