I want my money back

I bought Hisence fridge cash December at jabulani mall Game in March,I've logged a query as it has a sound like a motor bike they've sent a technician and there's nothing he can do.I then phoned their head office some lady by the name of Shanah Steenkamp told me to record the sound and if which I did forward it to the technician still with no luck I assume it factory fault all I asked was for Hisence to change it am really ****ed off now cz am using my phone to call.
