I regret why i bought Hisense Washing machine. Pathetic customer service ever

Since From 15 December to date my washing machine is still not fixed, I will never buy Hisense Product ever again, I called several times and send emails but the is no help. I received the following ref *** from Katlego Kagiso and *** From Richard Mokgotho Technician Came 3 to 4 times but still my machine is still not fixed.
