I purchased a 198 Chest Freezer (***) on the 16/11/20 at 14:05 it defrost within 4 hours you'll find blood coming out from the lid that is in the bottom left corner... As I have purchased it know that chest freezer keep the items freezed for longer in this case it's a worse case scenario.. we've just purchased our yearly meat I got my qouter leg of a ***, lam and my chicken they all have a funny smell coz we have loadshedding n this item LOOSE ice very quickly... I really am frustrated by the product n will like to be reimbursed for my loos n I honestly don't think I'll keep this item
