I have never been this disgusted and angry at a company before This is my second fridge from Hisense And the first one was perfect had no faults Nd lasted 7years due to load shedding I saw this mirror hisense from OK Furniture and decided to go for it!

I have never been this disgusted and angry at a company before This is my second fridge from Hisense And the first one was perfect had no faults Nd lasted 7years due to load shedding I saw this mirror hisense from OK Furniture and decided to go for it!Since its a brand we trust all our appliances are hisense. Not knowing I’m fooling my self, firstly the fridge got delivered after few days “OK furniture” also is useless man! Then we unboxed the fridge and throw out the box only to find that they gave us a demo/ reject. The dam fridge has a dent at the back, to top that off it has scratches inside when I lodged a complain!! they telling me about a stupid box I throw out. what’s more important a box or them replacing our fridge with a new one!!!? They should come take their damn reject of a fridge coz we won’t pay for it simple!!!
