I have given up

I have given up. After two months of emails, three tickets and 10 calls to the costumer “care” line I am calling no joy. I have given up. This must be the most useless customer after sales service in the country. I have contracted just junk to take the unit (new dishwasher) away and will never look at a Hisense product again.
