i bought the Hisense 60cm 4 Burner Gas Hob -Stainless via Takelot on the 261023

i bought the Hisense 60cm 4 Burner Gas Hob -Stainless via Takelot on the 261023.we received the Item but the issue when we switch it on there is no spark .i sent the complain to Hisense on the 01/12/23 i sent proof of payment and model number since today .I have not received any communication and its almost Christmas we have not used the new gas stove.i am really angry .Hisense very unprofessional.
