Horrible Warranty assitance

Booked a warranty claim for my 55" TV but have not heard anything back. Have a refence number but anytime I follow up the number could not be reached or they kill the call.

After this experience I will never recommend Hisense to any consumer. Feels like Legal action will need to be taken to get them to provide feedback of any sort.
