Horrible Television. Forced Advertising.

I recently purchased a Hisense 75Q6N from Game in clearwater mall. Upon unboxing the TV and setting it up, I noticed Hisense product adverts that scroll across the home screen (in home Mode) in the top banner. I tried removing the ads by turning off the "personalized ads" settings in the TV menu. They were not removed. I then contacted the sales rep at the store that i purchased the TV from and he said they cannot be removed. If he had known this, i should had been informed before making this purchase. I then contacted Hisense, who sent one of their technicians out to come remove the ads. They also could not remove the ads, and wrote this down in their report. Today (12/12/24) i received a call from Hisense informing me that the Tv has these adverts programmed into their software and cannot be removed and that they are not willing to refund or swop for a diffent brand of TV and that i should keep the TV.

For anyone reading this, please do yourself a favor and DO NOT purchase this Hisense model TV.

I, as a consumer, will not be supporting/purchasing Hisense products in the future.
