Horrible Service from Hisense!

I want to share my frustration with Hisense TV technicians and the horrible service I'm experiencing. I spend the entire December without my TV and still don't have it today. The technicians came to my place 3 times with wrong parts and eventually took the TV with them.

I always have to follow up with them, they reply when they feel like it. They don't have customers interest at heart!

How long does it take to replace power board on a TV? Very disappointed!
