Horrible service for call centre

If there was a star less than 1- I wouldve picked it. Pathetic service from their call centre! Ive been on hold for 45 mintes… for the 3rd time and that after the agent promised she would get back to me yesterday. You should take pride in your service Hisense, this is disgusting!
