Horrible service
Horrible service I have ordered and paid for a light/temp unit for my Fridge on December 3rd and has had no feedback as to dispatch of this item yet on December 13th, despite numerous emails and having no answer of their phone. Not at all acceptable!

14 Dec 2021, 19:08So just after blowing off steam yesterday, my order arrived today with Rhenus Overnight Express. Thank you Hisense. You could have saved yourself a bad review by just answering any of my numerous emails. No instruction on how to fit the unit though... :(
