Horrible product & horrible service rendered

I got a TV which I thought has better screen resolution and sharpness.. but I was wrong.. I called numerous times to get help but nothing was done... Don't buy a hisense product because you would get a very horrible service should you experience a fault... I should have checked on here before I bought their product.. not one good review.. pathetic
