Horrible Hisense Product and Horrible customer service

Hisense warranty has the worst service in the world, I have a 2 years old fridge which just stopped cooling. I logged a call 5 days ago and i still havent received a call from customer service and technician. Stay away from Hisense products it was my first time purchasing the product.
