Horrible Hisense

We bought a Hisense smart fridge at the start of December, we called their so called customer service to come install on December 4th, we were told someone would come by the 6th of December. Today is the 17th of December and nobody has come. We regret that we chose this brand’s fridge over the Samsung Smart Fridge, which was R10k cheaper by the way. AVOID this brand, they have no understanding of phrases they use like customer service.
