Hm Lewis

Hi I bought a Hisense washing mash about 2 year ago. The pulsator stripped. I contacted Hisense to buy a spare part in October 2021. They had no stock and they gave me an eta of 20 January 2022 (more than 3 months) and that they will contact me when it arrive. I phone them on the 24 January 2022 just to find out they have no stock and that nothing is on order. I asked to be transfer to a senior person and the agent refused and she has put the phone down on me. I would seriously think before I ever buy a Hisense product again. I have about 10 emails where I corresponded with Hisense if anyone want to confirm my review.
