Hisesnse ****mers and rude agents

Hisense has no respect for their customers and their call center agents are ****s who are rude and hang up when you request to speak to the manager. I purchased a Hisense fridge at Game Clearwater on the 15 December 2023 and was delivered on 20 December 2023, I started using the fridge on 23 December 2023 and the top half of the fridge wasn't cooling, I have since contacted game and hisense with the following reference number ***. They assured me a technician would be sent on 3 January 2024 however when I spoke to Thandiswa from Hisense today she said a technician would be sent next week, I asked to speak to the manager because I will not wait until next week with a fridge that isn't working and she hung up I then called again and spoke to chamaine who also made put me on hold and told me all the team leaders are busy on other calls and she also hung up. My food is rotten and I've spent Christmas with a brand new fridge that is defective and Hisense doesn't even care to prioritise me!!
