Hisense.....lowsense / nonsense

Hisense is becoming a major player in the electronics and appliances industry in our country. I am a cautious consumer, and tend not to buy "new" brand names if i have the option. But, due to their IMPRESSIVE GUARANTEE offering, and the growth in their brand, Hisense became a confident choice for me and I acquired a TV and more recently a washing machine. When I bought the TV, i registered it online to secure the extended guarantee, but also to ensure that they have all the product details on file in the event of any future claims. I received confirmation of such online registration. The FIRST problem I have with my 5 month-old TV is that the onboard/preloaded / factory installed App's have been "hard-wired" into the system, and cannot be deleted or updated. My Netflix App is faulty, and I requested technical assistance via the tab on their website. 3 days later, I receive an email asking me for a copy of my purchase receipt....3 days later.....they want a receipt uploaded!!!! No worries about the fact that I have had no netflix for 3 days.....!!!!!!! So I ask about the value of the online product registration, and the copy of my receipt which I uploaded against my unit's serial number, and I get told I will still need to have a copy for the technician, as he won't be able to do anything without it.....SAY WHAT?????? So, in short: why did I have to upload the proof of purchase when I registered my product if I am going to need to produce it EVERY TIME something goes wrong with my TV. It is a HISENSE TV, and it is a 2018 model, so no chance that, regardless of where I bought it, it would be out of guarantee. Am I missing something? Hisense? This consumer is not happy. Please fix me up.

You require extra effort from me, but have no sympathy around what my request is. I simply want a technician to reinstall / update Netflix. If you didn't block the apps, I would do it myself. Seriously. And save myself a ton of nonsense with your paper-hungriness.
