HISENSE - ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been phoning and emailing customer service since August it is now November, the only response i have received is one consultant replying "please assist the customer" all i have requested is a price for a new washing machine door as it cracked for an unknown reason at less than 1 year old. I have had to buy a new washing machine as i am getting NO ASSISTANCE from HISENSE customer care. This is the worst service i have ever experienced and i am disgusted and still no assistance.
