Hisense worst service ever

WORST SERVICE EVER. Have a washing machine that is faulty, "repaired" by Hisense 4 times since July 2019...STILL NOT WORKING and Hisense is ignoring ALL COMMUNICATION from myself as well as GAME where I bought it.
