Hisense worst service ever. Bad Company

So out washing machine started making a loud abnormal sound. We got a repair man out and he told us he can hear the bearings on the washing machine drum are finished. So he suggested we first check if its still under warrentee. Which it turned out to be. So we called the place we purchased the machine from and they logged a service call, which i might add thay after 2 weeks we had to call hisense ourselves to find out when someone was going to come out. So eventually they assigned a technician to us and he called saying he was going to get the parts and make an appointment to come fix the machine. It has now been a further 2 weeks of trying to get the guy to come out, i have to constantly call him and then he just gives another pathetic excuse why he didnt make it and then just says he will come tomorrow. Inhave tried calling the head office but even that does not help as i have to speak to a service consultant and they just refer back to the technician which in turns tells them tomorrow. In am so sick of this pathetic company and their poor service. DONT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS POINT. They will probably carry on with this until the warrenty expires in december and then it will cost me a new machine. And everyday we wash clothes more damage to machine happens as we cannot not wash clothes due to their incompetence
