Hisense worst brand for spares

We purchased a 65” uhd tv a few years back and unfortunately the unit came off its bracket and screen cracked.I contacted Hisense SA on 07/10/21 for price on a replacement screen and was advised by Tuli Ngema to contact the tech as she was not able to provide price. The tech does not answer his phone. When I callled the service number I wss as informed I would get a email reply only to find out the screen for some reason is discontinued for the model. To add insult to injury I am informed Hisense does not keep replacement screens as according to Hisense agent it is to expensive. A R15500 tv is now a peice of s**** because Hisense isn’t able to provide spares
