Hisense what a disgrace!

We purchased 3 x fridge parts from Hisense almost 3 months ago. We've paid them via EFT and they were supposed to courier the parts in the same week. Almost 3 months has passed after speaking to at least 3 or 4 different administration ladies. All promising to get our parts delivered. We are still waiting. We left numerous messages for management to contact us but no one has made contact with us. The parts that we need are important as its door rubbers for our fridge and freezer. I am disgusted in their terrible service! I will never purchase a Hisense product ever again!!
