Hisense water dispenser fridge door is junk

Hisense fridge door not practical. The water dispenser takes up half the door so no place for other bottles. I've discussed this with marketing and asked for a replacement normal door. Was told this model is discontinued. I pointed out that it's just a few months old. I was then told sorry, a mistake but manufacturer cant help. This is very bad service as no one from the company can give a direct answer.
