HISENSE WASHING MASHINE BROKE NO FEED BACK IN 3 WEEKS, DONT BUY HISENSE PRODUCTS

I am very sad to say that hisense does nothing to help with a warranty, i have been emailing the for 3 weeks now but the just foward my emails to someone and the i hear nothing from them, my 18kg washing mashine is 6 mo ths old and already has a problem, i have a baby and the washing machine does not want to spin, i do t know what to do. Think the best wil be to not buy any hisense product again. Hope you guys think it trough before buying anything from them, they give extended warranty but what does it help if no one helps you!!
