Hisense washing mashine

Absolutely disgusting , about 4 months ago I went to game to inform them that the 18 kg hisense washing machine that I bought by them the lid has come loose so the guy by the electronics in game took the slip phone hisense and book my complaint , a person from hisense phoned my husband telling him they will there the day after 3 and half month have past Noone came to look at the machine which I Paid cash for at game
