Hisense Washing Machine the WORST!!

I bought my Hisense Bubble Clean 13kg through Takealot a year ago. 3 months earlier the spinner started giving problems, Technician came out and fixed it. Now again 3 months later washing machine is not washing. I have noticed about 2 months ago that my daughter's clothes from preschool goes in dirty and after washing it's looking exactly the same still dirty!! Most of the time I have to wash them again by hand to get rid of the stains. I work in hospitality and my husband on the mine. I and do not have the time or the energy to struggle with washing machines late at nite!!!! This can't carry on like this. I need a new washing machine!! My washing is piling up and it takes FOREVER for them to contact you not even speaking about the time for a technician to come out!! The last time.e it took over a week for someone to assist me!! Either new washing machine or my money back!!!!!
