Hisense washing machine service

I am having serious problems with a washing machine from Hisense, which I bought from Newcastle Game. I have been experiencing serious problems for more than a year - the machine should have been replaced long ago, but it did not happen. Every time I experience problems, I have to wait for approx 2 weeks for for any kind of service. This time I reported it on 3 January 2023 to Hisense and the Technician. I recieved a job number for the technician - job number ***. I have since reported it twice online and got the ref numbers 860934 and *** respectively. When I phoned the technician on 11 Jan 2023, I was told that he is waiting for spares. Today (20 Jan) my wife phoned him again, and he is STILL WAITING FOR SPARES! It is impossible to get through to Hisense - after waiting for half an hour on the phone, they put you through to an answering machine, with the promise to return your call - which never happens! That happened to me 3 times. In the meantime I am struggling to manage a lodge without a washing machine! Hisense sucks!
