Hisense Washing Machine - No customer service

I bought a Hisense top loader 18 kg washing machine in Februarie 2019. Everything was working fine, but it then it started not spin dry properly. Last week Monday the 11 November 2019, it did not want to do anything and had a funny smell inside the drum. I contacted the service department of Hisense, and they assured me a technician will come and have a look. Guess what they did not phone beforehand to hear if someone will be home and they sent a fridge technician. On top of that, I gave them the serial number etc. for the washing machine. Up until today I have heard no reply from them. I actually want to give them the machine back and be refunded so that I can go and buy a machine that actually works. I have had it with the service I am receiving. You cannot get a proper answer out of them. I will never ever buy a Hisense product again, although they give warranties that is long, but that does not help if you do not receive any service.
