Hisense washing machine

I bought a Hisense washing machine on 15 October 2019. On 14 December the pc board blew. How can it only work for two months. It is a mission to get parts. Apparently there are no agents for Hisense parts as they don't get back up. Send a mail to their parts department. Still awaiting reply. Will never buy a Hisense appliance again
