Hisense washing machine can't be fixed

I bought a Hisense washing machine with a 3 year warranty on Takealot last year. The bearings have seized and there are no parts available (this took Hisense 6 weeks to establish). It has now been 8 weeks since the technician came out. I have send 12 e-mails and seldom get any reply. When I do get a reply, it is to send additional information (like the Serial number - that I have send at least 3 times during the last 2 months). I have also spoken to Takealot and they do not take any responsibility. I do not know where to turn to - Hisense can not fix their own product and their customer service is non existent.
