Hisense Washing Machine and Takelot

We bought a Hisense 6kg washing machine via Takelot, which broke within 2 months of use. We have emailed customer service, no reply. We tried calling them, we were on the line for an hour, no reply. We tried their Chatbot - it says "waiting for assistance" for hours. We are at a loss at this stage. When I tried to write a review on the Hisense Washing Machine on the Takelot Site, which is where we bought it from, the review has been rejected twice!
