Very Disappointed with My Hisense 18kg Washing Machine

I’m very disappointed with my Hisense 18kg washing machine. The lint filter keeps coming out during washing — it’s too big and too loose, it doesn’t stay in place properly.

I even bought a new filter this week, and it’s doing exactly the same thing. The rubber is already coming off, and it’s the first time I’ve even removed it. For a machine this expensive, I expected better quality.

Hisense really needs to look into this issue because it’s frustrating and disappointing to keep having the same problem with no improvement.
