Hisense washing machine

I'd give Hisense 0 stars if it was an option. I purchased a washing machine from Hisense in December 2018 and it has broken down on me 3 times already. I contacted Hisense warranty repair 3 times on separate occasions and they would send an engineer out to fix it. After they fixed the machine about a week or two after the machine would break down again. I was sick of the washing machine constantly giving problems so I rang Hisense saying I want a replacement because I still have my 2 year warranty and the customer advisor told me that she will report this for me and Hisense will contact me within 24-48 hours about my replacement; a week passed and I did not hear from them.When the engineer comes out his rude and asks for the manual as he also do not know what the problem with the machine is. Absolute ridiculous company. Poor quality products, STAY AWAY.
