Hisense warranty... So they say

Has anyone ever had a good experience with Hisense customer care. My new washing machine is leaking and I logged a warranty breakdown. I got asked to send a completed form along with the proof of payment. A copy of the invoice was submitted and I received an email back stating that the document was not clear. This is an actual invoice received from the company where the washing machine was purchased. I guess this is going to take a while to get sorted. Just wondering if anyone has had any luck
