Hisense, unredeemable.
Ever since I complained about my rusty dishwasher racks on the 5th of June, Hisense rep**** privately to acknowledge the issue, but nothing has happened ever since. So, my conclusion is that there is no intention to fix the problem, I just have to suck it up.
