Hisense unhelpful customer service

I bought a hisense air fryer from takelot. After a view months their was a terrible noise I contacted takelot they told me i must contact hisense directly for pickup and refund. I did do that 7 Nov 2023 I am still awaiting pickup and refund. Customer service is terrible the people don't want to help you and most times the phone does not work. E mail you wait weeks for a response. I really don't know what to do anymore.
