HiSense TVs do not work with DSTV Now and support is useless

Customer Service is non-existent. 50+ Calls to the call centre over the past week have gone unanswered. Written requests via web has not been responded to in a week. DSTV Now is buffering despite 50Mbps connection. Pay a few bucks more and get a product that works.
