Hisense TV warranty ****

I bought a Hisense TV for my mother in Law in 2022 , I sent the tv to Mozambique while she was in Portugal .

The 55 INCH tv was only used when I traveled to Maputo ( ince every 3 month for a few days or if if she was in Maputo . She usually would only stay in Maputo for 4-5 months at most .

This Tv which was bought in 2022 was not even used for more than 365 days . Anyway the TV stopped working in Early October 2025 , and 21October 2025 , I emailed the *** to try book my tv in for repairs . 27/10/2025 I got a response that I must fill in some form and send back .

I filled the forms and sent it back , in December , I was told to find a repair center in Maputo and I had specifically told the warranty center via email that I wanted it fixed here because it was bought here.

After all that back and forth a Export service admin gave me and email to to resend my form too .

I even went to the Hisense building because they did not want to book my TV for repairs and even there I wasn't able to get my TV booked .

My warranty expires in 2026 and they either want it to expire so they say they cant fix it or they just have the worst customer service . I will report them to the consumer protection act , as they clearly just want to sell low quality TVs and when they stop working they delay getting them fixed to avoid using the warranty

The email sent is the same email you sent on 12/10/2025 which i rep**** to and my complaint is based on your team and not wanting to assisting me . You guys are basically trying to find a way to delay this by asking vague questions which were answered last year . Why dont you guys want to fix my TV , do you want it to be out of warranty so you can reject it or you just doing these delaying tactics so that you can charge me to get it fixed ? whats you problem ? is the problem with you the person answering or the problem is with Hisense itself ?
