Hisense TV that's not working

Terrible service we got from Hisense customer care. My Husband and I purchased a Hisense TV on the 26th of March 2020 from a store in Sandton city called Weconnect unfortunately the store is no longer available anymore I called the Centre management in Cape Town, and they told me that the store is closed. We tried explaining to Hisense customer care that since we bought the TV, we don't have proof of purchase since the ink has faded, however we can provide them with a Bank statement, and they refused it saying they don't want a bank statement. The TV is still under warranty however they are refusing to assist us.
