Hisense TV stopped working, no refund no exchange for 2 weeks now

I bought a tv at Game on the 5th of December on special. Hisense 32 inch smart tv. The following day the tv was not working. I took it to Game to exchange and they told me they have to take it back to Hisense for repairs. Till today they are giving me a run around with no feedback. Hisense sent me an sms that repairs were done on my order bust still no approval for refund
