Hisense tv received broken and they don't replace it.

Hisense South Africa will not replace the broken TV they have delivered to me, I have provided Photos of the damaged box as proof. Now I sit with a broken tv from Hisense. This is not treating customers fairly. Very disappointed in Hisense
